Fifteen students at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX were awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award. Most of the students honored are members of the Delta Chi Chapter of ESA. The President's Volunteer Service Award is a White House initiative that was created to encourage Americans to improve their communities through service. To earn this award, students must complete at least 100 hours of community service during the 2009-2010 academic year.Angelica Rodriguez, pictured here, is a member of Delta Chi and has earned a bronze medal (awarded for 100-174 hours of service) for the second year.
